Erica Szymanski
Erica joined CIMA following a Dean’s fellowship at the Darden School of Business. She received a B.S. in Commerce (IT Concentration, Business Analytics Track) from the McIntire School of Commerce at the University of Virginia. In addition to her role as Business Development Manager at CIMA, Erica is dedicated to fighting for food justice. She served on UVA’s Sustainable Food Collaborative (SFC) board and currently sits on the Food Recovery Network’s national Student and Alumni Advisory Board (SAAB). Erica brings her passion for equitable food systems to her work at CIMA. Erica lives in Charlottesville and loves to paint, dance, and occasionally author a children’s book.
