Jess Hayter

Jess joined CIMA as the team’s operations and business development associate after 12 years of military service as a Naval Aviator. She is drawn to mission-driven organizations that prioritize service to people and the planet. In addition to extensive experience in operations, Jess brings a variety of skills to the team. She is currently a second year MPP student at the University of Virginia’s Frank Batten School of Public Policy and Leadership.
