Shelby Finkelstein

Shelby joined CIMA in 2024, bringing her experience in fundraising, grant management, and stakeholder engagement. She is passionate about supporting nonprofit organizations in their work to create positive social impact. Before her current role, she worked at William & Mary in the Office of Corporate & Foundation Relations and with several arts and culture-focused nonprofit organizations. She holds a B.A. in Arts and Nonprofit Management from the College of Charleston and lives in Williamsburg, Virginia, with her husband, daughter, and rescue dog, Monty.
