Andrea joined CIMA in 2024, bringing well over a decade of diverse professional experience with grassroots non-profit organizations, private philanthropic offices, and social businesses. Her background spans program management, grant management, and research and impact assessment. She has a BSE in Chemical Engineering from the University of Michigan and an MSc in Poverty Reduction and Development Management from the University of Birmingham, UK. Andrea's work has taken her to Cambodia, the UK, and Ghana, though she now lives in Chapel Hill, North Carolina with her husband and her dog, Gunner.
